The fifth module of the Digital Dentistry Diploma in a full-day scientific event

The MUST Digital Center at Misr University for Science and Technology witnessed a distinguished scientific atmosphere with the launch of the fifth module of the Specialized Diploma in Digital Dentistry, attended by a remarkable gathering of doctors and trainees from Egypt and abroad.

Dr. Bassem Elfahl, Assistant Professor of Dentistry at Misr University for Science and Technology and Tanta University, and Clinical Consultant at the University of Genoa, Italy, delivered a lecture entitled:

“Digitally Guided Hard & Soft Tissue Augmentation”, in which he presented the latest advances in digital technology applied to bone and soft tissue augmentation.

Following the lecture, the hall was transformed into an interactive practical laboratory, where Dr. Elfahl led a hands-on workshop. Trainees were given the opportunity to personally use digital tools, while also engaging in discussions with the lecturer about the daily clinical challenges they encounter in practice. Several participants described the experience as “a landmark step in developing their practical skills,” emphasizing that the combination of theoretical explanation and practical training provided them with a clearer vision of how digital technology can be effectively integrated into clinical practice.
